2. CONCEPT DESIGN
Create the first draft of the blueprint to collect feedbacks and identifying
the related constraints.
3. DEVELOPED DESIGN
Create the final blueprint to get all the needed approvals (ex: regulatory)
4. TECHNICAL DESIGN
Create the executive project, based on the final blueprint, with the details
of the expected works and the related expected costs.
5. TRANSITION
Prepare everything necessary to start the construction phase of the work.

AgileBIM introduces the concept of Metagoal, a knowledge base to
highlight the common activities of a Construction project.

Agile Project Manager (APM), maintains the project objectives inspiring his/her approach to both the predictive and adaptive practices with a management 3.0 mindset. AgileBIM Coach, supports the Metateams in the adoption of AgileBIM and in the develop of a continuous improvement mindset.
  • 13. AGILEBIM METAGOALS Not all the areas need to be covered, as well not all activities may be necessary. AgileBIM introduces the concept of Metagoal, a knowledge base to highlight the common activities of a Construction project. Each Metagoal consists of several Areas of Intervention that are implemented by a series of Processes.
