Healthcare progress in our environment requires the implementation of advanced IT and development techniques. New healthcare trends go towards digitization of patient records, recipes, imaging, health cards, platforms for administering the health insured, etc.., while the software that supports the above mentioned is becoming increasingly complex. In order to properly and efficiently respond to the demands of the stakeholders, great organization and quick reaction is required. For this we use agile approach in software development, with special emphasis on the scrum practice.

4. My Name is Onela Pilipovic from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina
I have received M.Sc. degree from University of Electrical Engineering in
Sarajevo
I am currently a part of Authority Partners team, a pioneer company in
Agile software development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a Program
Manager.
My previous employment was as a Senior Associate in Healthcare
Application support department at company MedIT, focused on
Healthcare information systems
Over the last few years i had a chance to be team member, scrum master
and product owner, enjoying many different sides and aspects of this
profession and contributing to different segments of this business.
I have successfully worked on many projects, each of them bringing better
and safer patient care in hospitals and clinics around the world.

 Customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of useful software.
 Welcome changing requirements, even late in development.
 Working software is delivered frequently (weeks rather than months).
 Working software is the principal measure of progress.
 Sustainable development, able to maintain a constant pace.
 Close, daily co-operation between business people and developers.
 Face-to-face conversation is the best form of communication (co-location).
 Projects are built around motivated individuals, who should be trusted
