This document outlines the ALO-TACP Tier 2 Operator Fitness Test which consists of 10 components to assess overall fitness. It provides instructions for administering each component in the proper sequence with required rest periods between tests. Scores are recorded for components like grip strength, medicine ball toss, two cone drill, trap bar deadlift, pull-ups, lunges with weight, extended cross knee crunch, farmer's carry, row ergometer, and 1.5 mile run. The total points earned across all 10 components are calculated to determine the test taker's overall fitness.
