I am a self-starter and enjoy getting into finding my way through new position and
getting to know a new brand and its products, I have a lot to offer any company,
which is seeking the same.
I am a hard and dedicated worker always ensuring a timely turnover of products,
budgets and customer standards are always met, and I have many of years’
experience working within the retail industry as well as working closely with various
designer shoes, companies and brands.
Where I have learnt to organize and plan myself and my team through the use of
diaries, delegation and daily achievement boards in order to more efficiently run my
stores. I continuously seek new and exciting ways to develop and motivate my team
more effectively and productively to hit sales targets and store KPIs.
