Responsible for the overall performance of store across all measurements and delivering required store
standards throughout to maintain the required brand standards with high sense of urgency, high energy
level , attention to details and philosophy of hands-on management. Responsible for the development
of all employees in the store to create a first class shopping experience for every customer and
