This document presents a simulation of a smart grid model using MATLAB/SIMULINK to analyze active power and grid frequency. The smart grid model integrates 4 units of thermal power plants with a total capacity of 3600 MW and 6 units of wind power plants with a total capacity of 72 MW. The simulation analyzes the impact of load variations at different buses on frequency and active power. Under initial load conditions, the maximum and minimum frequencies were 50.29 Hz and 49.9 Hz, indicating stable operation. As loads increased, frequencies remained stable but active power values varied more. The analysis identifies load ranges that allow stable operation of the smart grid in terms of frequency deviation.
