As an experienced IT professionalwith over 6 years of experience in IT industry,and over 10 years in Business
Information Systems, providing Information Technology (IT) support and solutions to a variety of industries from
Long Term Care to the manufacturing sectorand many other small to mid-size businesses.Ihave offered a vast
array of support options including technical support services,for Microsoft Windows server, Windows/ desktop
environments, Wireless networks setup (Wi-Fi), LAN, WAN and SAN network management and setup,and a range
of Technical Services, IT Asset Management, Security Solutions, Backup Solutions, Digital Signage Solutions and
IT Management Services.
Within the Services, Support, Infrastructure and Operations segments of the IT industry,I have filled a variety of
roles, and done so across a diverse set of industries. I've helped users with everything from resetting passwords,
VPN access,Windows application issues,printer anomalies, and right through to the more complex server issues
that inevitably crop up when passwords,permissions and shared drives are in the mix.
Navigating the ever changing landscape of Information Technology is a wonderfully challenging and thoroughly
rewarding job to be in, and it's what I have been doing professionally for nearly two decades now. I help ed
companies fully harness the capabilities of new hardware; more aggressively leveraged the versatility of the
software in their environment, and worked with a greater big-picture understanding of how to overcome the
volatility of integrating all their processes and procedures.
