 Acts as the liaison and communicates with Regulatory Bodies during site visits to
inspect facility compliance
 Monitors all Regulatory visits/addresses issues on a store basis while keeping
appropriate management personnel informed — DLPS, Store Manager, DM etc.
 Assists with store level adherence to orders made by Regulatory bodies
 Consults with the Store Manager to communicate the status of Regulatory orders
to store level associates where required

regulations in the facility
 Performs audits to assess compliance levels: including but is not limited to,
review of the sweep log, food temperature, first aid, fire suppression, and other
procedural aspects of store operations
 Prepares and reports all audit findings to the store manager
 Acts as a permanent management member to the Joint Occupational Health and
Safety committee
 Provides condition reports to the Store Manager
 Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws

 Ensures that the following locations within the facility are operational and well
maintained: fixture storage room, associate lounge and department manager
workstations
 Oversees the Associate and Customer Claims Process Supervises the UPC, Invoice,
Claims and Directs areas
 Tours with pest control technician and other service providers
 Responsibilities include: planning, assigning and directing work; appraising
performance; rewarding and coaching associates; addressing complaints and
resolving problems
