This document proposes and describes a new Map-Based Provable Multi-Copy Dynamic Data Possession (MB-PMDDP) scheme for cloud computing systems. The key points are:
1) It allows data owners to outsource and replicate dynamic/updateable data files across multiple cloud servers while provably ensuring the integrity and consistency of all file copies.
2) The verifier only needs to store and maintain a small amount of metadata (a map version table) to audit the integrity of all outsourced file copies, regardless of their number.
3) Authorized users can decrypt and access individual file copies obtained from the cloud servers using a single secret key shared with the data owner.
Periodic Auditing of Data in Cloud Using Random BitsIJTET Journal
This document summarizes a research paper that proposes a scheme for periodically auditing data integrity in cloud storage using random bits. It introduces a proof of retrievability (POR) scheme to ensure data integrity based on service level agreements. The scheme uses probabilistic queries and periodic verification to improve the performance of audit services. It presents an architecture involving a client that pre-processes data before storing it, and a verification protocol to check integrity without retrieving the full data. The scheme aims to reduce overhead on clients and servers while minimizing proof sizes.

Development of Effective Audit Service to Maintain Integrity of Migrated Data...IRJET Journal
This document proposes an audit service to verify the integrity of data migrated to the cloud. It discusses existing proof of retrievability and provable data possession schemes that allow third-party auditing of cloud data without downloading. The document then presents a new interactive proof system-based audit scheme using bilinear pairing cryptography. The scheme uses key generation, tag generation, and an interactive proof protocol between the cloud service provider and third-party auditor. The protocol commitments, challenges, and verifies responses to ensure data integrity while preserving privacy and achieving high performance for cloud auditing.
This document outlines guidelines for measuring server load performance, security, and stability using various protocols and services. It describes 10 different load generator simulations to test web servers using HTTP, file servers using SMB, email servers using SMTP/IMAP and SMTP/POP3, and database servers using MS SQL and MySQL. The simulations involve sending requests to servers and validating the expected responses, such as status codes for web pages, successful file operations, received emails, and added/queried database records. The goal is to determine how servers perform under heavy realistic loads and identify any weaknesses.

Efficient Implementation of Proof of Retrievability (OPOR) In Cloud Computing...IJERA Editor
Cloud computing has become an integral part of IT services, storing the application softwares and databases in
large centralized shared data servers. Since it’s a shared platform, the data and services may not be fully trust
worthy. In this work, we have implemented an efficient security model that ensures the data integrity of stored
data in cloud servers. The computational load of data verification linearly grows with the complexity of the
security model and this poses a serious problem at the resource constrained user’s end. Therefore to tackle this
problem we have implemented a new cloud storage scheme which ensures proof of retrivebility (OPoR) at a
third party cloud audit server to pre-process data before uploading into cloud storage server.
The document introduces BreakingPoint Resiliency Scores, which provide standardized metrics for evaluating the performance, security, and stability of networks and data centers. The scores are calculated by subjecting devices to real-world traffic loads and security attacks. This identifies weaknesses and determines how many users a system can support without degradation. The scores provide a way to understand how changes will impact infrastructure and to optimize resources.

Design an active verification mechanism for certificates revocation in OCSP f...IJECEIAES
No doubt that data security online is crucial. Therefore, great attention has been paid to that aspect by companies and organizations given its economic and social implications. Thus, online certificate status protocol (OCSP) is considered one of the most prominent protocol functioning in this field, which offers a prompt support for certificates online. In this research, a model designed based on field programable gate array (FPGA) using Merkel’s tree has been proposed to overcome the delay that might have occurred in sorting and authentication of certificates. Having adopted this model and with the assistance of Hash function algorithm, more than 50% of certificates have been processed in comparison with standard protocol. Moreover, certificates have been provided with substantial storage space with high throughput. Basically, Hash function algorithm has been designed to arrange and specify a site of verified or denied certificates within time of validity to protect servers from intrusion and clients from using applications with harmful contents.
Data Access Control Schemes in Cloud Computing: A ReviewIRJET Journal
This document reviews various data access control schemes for cloud computing. It discusses role-based access control (RBAC) and role-based encryption (RBE) which allows data owners to encrypt data such that only users with appropriate roles can decrypt it. Attribute-based encryption (ABE) is also covered, which allows fine-grained access control of encrypted data based on user attributes. The document also reviews user-based access control (UBAC) which applies access control lists to data to control access. It evaluates these schemes and their ability to efficiently handle user revocation while protecting data access and privacy in the cloud.

ZERO DATA REMNANCE PROOF IN CLOUD STORAGE IJNSA Journal
In a cloud environment where Storage is offered as a service, a client stores his data with a provider and pays as per the usage. Once the contract ends, the client, as the data owner, may like to see, due to privacy reasons and otherwise that the data is properly shredded in the provider storage. In this paper we propose a scheme for Zero Data Remnance Proof (ZDRP) – a comprehensive proof given by the cloud data storage provider as regards to zero data remnance post the SLA period. In absence of such shredding the provider can consume the data to his benefit without coming in legal framework. The proof of data destruction can be achieved together by clauses in the SLA and a comprehensive destruction-verifier algorithm. The implementation of this can be achieved by appropriate modification of the data updation mechanisms provided by open source cloud providers.
Enabling Integrity for the Compressed Files in Cloud ServerIOSR Journals
This document proposes a scheme for enabling data integrity for compressed files stored in cloud servers. The scheme encrypts some bits of data from each data block using an RSA algorithm and polynomial hashing to generate hash values. These hash values are stored at the client and used to verify integrity by checking responses from the cloud server against the stored hashes. The scheme aims to minimize computational and storage overhead for clients by compressing files, encrypting only some data bits, and requiring clients to store just two secret functions rather than the full data. This allows integrity checks with low bandwidth consumption suitable for thin clients like mobile devices.
IRJET- Accomplishing Secure, Widespread, and Fine-Grained Question Results Ch...IRJET Journal
This document proposes a secure and fine-grained query results verification scheme for encrypted cloud data. The scheme allows a data user to verify the correctness and completeness of query results returned by the cloud server. It constructs verification objects for encrypted outsourced data files. When a query ends, the query results set and corresponding verification object are returned, enabling the data user to verify each encrypted data file in the results as well as how many qualified files may have been omitted. The proposed verification scheme is lightweight and can be integrated with any secure query scheme. It aims to address challenges of dishonest cloud servers tampering with or forging verification objects to avoid accountability for misbehavior.
Key-exposure resistance has always been an important issue for in-depth cyber defence in many security applications. Recently, how to deal with the key exposure problem in the settings of cloud storage auditing has been proposed and studied. To address the challenge, existing solutions all require the client to update his secret keys in every time period, which may inevitably bring in new local burdens to the client, especially those with limited computation resources such as mobile phones. In this paper, we focus on how to make the key updates as transparent as possible for the client and propose a new paradigm called cloud storage auditing with verifiable outsourcing of key updates. In this paradigm, key updates can be safely outsourced to some authorized party, and thus the key-update burden on the client will be kept minimal. Specifically, we leverage the third party auditor (TPA) in many existing public auditing designs, let it play the role of authorized party in our case, and make it in charge of both the storage auditing and the secure key updates for key-exposure resistance. In our design, TPA only needs to hold an encrypted version of the client’s secret key, while doing all these burdensome tasks on behalf of the client. The client only needs to download the encrypted secret key from the TPA when uploading new files to cloud. Besides, our design also equips the client with capability to further verify the validity of the encrypted secret keys provided by TPA. All these salient features are carefully designed to make the whole auditing procedure with key exposure resistance as transparent as possible for the client. We formalize the definition and the security model of this paradigm. The security proof and the performance simulation show that our detailed design instantiations are secure and efficient.
Are all real-time distributed applications supposed to be designed the same way? Is the design for a UAV-based
application the same as that of a command-and-control application? This paper characterizes the lifecycle of data in real-time applications—from creation to consumption. The paper
covers questions that architects should ask about data management—creation, transmission, validation,
enrichment, and consumption; questions that will determine the foundation of their project.

Active Directory provides centralized management of users, groups, computers and other network resources. It uses protocols like LDAP, DNS and Kerberos. Implementing Active Directory and conducting security audits like VAPT are important for the financial sector to manage access securely and identify vulnerabilities. The document discusses Active Directory components, protocols and attacks like Mimikatz and DCShadow. It also provides solutions like Azure ATP to detect attacks and recommends security best practices like access control policies and disabling unnecessary services.
This document summarizes a research paper that proposes a framework called Cooperative Provable Data Possession (CPDP) to verify the integrity of data stored across multiple cloud storage providers. The framework uses two techniques: 1) a Hash Index Hierarchy that allows responses from different cloud providers to a client's challenge to be combined into a single response, and 2) Homomorphic Verifiable Responses that enable efficient verification of data stored on multiple cloud providers. The document outlines the security properties and performance benefits of the CPDP framework for verifying data integrity in a multi-cloud storage environment.
This document provides a summary of a masterclass on building distributed real-time systems using the Data Distribution Service (DDS). The class covers DDS concepts and technology, including runtime services, development tools, and standards. It discusses how DDS enables a data-centric model and global data space to support high-performance, scalable, and reliable real-time systems that interact directly with the physical world.
IRJET- Detection of Intrinsic Intrusion and Auspice System by Utilizing Data ...IRJET Journal
This document proposes a system called the Detection of Intrinsic Intrusion and Auspice System (DIIAS) to detect insider attacks at the system call level using data mining and machine learning. The DIIAS generates user profiles by analyzing system call patterns in user log files to model normal user behavior. It then monitors current system calls and compares them to the user's profile to detect anomalies that may indicate an insider attack. The DIIAS achieves a user identification accuracy of 93% with a response time of less than 0.35 seconds, allowing it to efficiently detect and shut down insider attacks.
Provable multicopy dynamic data possession in cloud computing systemsPvrtechnologies Nellore
The document proposes a scheme called MB-PMDDP that provides proof to customers that a cloud service provider (CSP) is storing multiple consistent copies of their dynamic data as agreed upon in their service contract. The scheme supports block-level updates to the outsourced data and allows authorized users to access the copies. It provides evidence that the CSP is not storing fewer copies than agreed and that all copies are consistent with the most recent data modifications. The scheme is analyzed and shown to be more efficient than extending existing single-copy dynamic data possession schemes to multiple copies. Experimental results on Amazon cloud validate the theoretical analysis. The scheme is also shown to be secure against colluding servers and a modification is discussed to identify corrupted copies.
PROVABLE DATA PROCESSING (PDP) A MODEL FOR CLIENT'S SECURED DATA ON CLOUDJournal For Research
In the present scenario Cloud computing has turn out to be a vital mechanism in the field of computers. In this fast generation, cloud computing has swiftly extended as an substitute to conservative computing subsequently it can offer a flexible, dynamic, robust and cost effective structure. Data integrity is a significant measures in cloud storage. Storage outsourcing is a growing tendency which prompts a number of exciting security concerns, numerous of which have been widely inspected. Provable Data Possession (PDP) is the only the area that has recently seemed in the research literature. The chief concern is how frequently, efficiently as well as securely authenticate that a storage server is genuinely packing outsourced client’s data. The objective is to present a model for PDP that permits a client to store data on untrusted server to authenticate that the server holds the unique data without regaining it. The client reserves a constant quantity of metadata for the proof authentication. The challenge or response protocol connects a small amount of constant data, which reduces network communication. Accordingly, the PDP model for isolated data analysis supports prodigious data sets in extensively distributed storage systems.
IRJET- Proficient Public Substantiation of Data Veracity for Cloud Storage th...IRJET Journal
This document proposes a system for securely storing data in the cloud using dual protection. The system splits data files into multiple parts and stores each part in different cloud server locations. It also encrypts each split file before storage. This makes the data difficult for attackers to access, as they would need to decrypt the files and recombine parts from different locations. The system generates keys for auditing and verification. It allows file sharing and editing with owner permission. When users download files, they must provide the correct security key, which is verified before decrypting and recombining the file. The dual protection of splitting and encrypting files improves security for cloud data storage.
This document summarizes a research paper that proposes a system for privacy-preserving public auditing of cloud data storage. The system allows a third-party auditor (TPA) to verify the integrity of data stored with a cloud service provider on behalf of users, without learning anything about the actual data contents. The system uses a public key-based homomorphic linear authenticator technique that enables the TPA to perform audits without having access to the full data. This technique allows the TPA to efficiently audit multiple users' data simultaneously. The document describes the system components, methodology used involving key generation and auditing protocols, and concludes the proposed system provides security and performance guarantees for privacy-preserving public auditing of cloud data

Enhanced Data Partitioning Technique for Improving Cloud Data Storage SecurityEditor IJMTER
Cloud computing is a model for enabling for on demand network access to shared
configurable computing resources (e.g. networks, servers, storage, applications, and services). It is
based on virtualization and distributed computing technologies. Cloud Data storage systems enable
user to store data efficiently on server without any trouble of data resources. User can easily store
and retrieve their data remotely. The two biggest concerns about cloud data storage are reliability and
security. Clients aren’t like to entrust their data to another third party or companies without a
guarantee that they will be able to access therein formations whenever they want. In the existing
system, the data are stored in the cloud using dynamic data operation with computation which makes
the user need to make a copy for further updating and verification of the data loss. Different
distributed storing auditing techniques are used for overcoming the problem of data loss. Recent
work of this paper has show that data partitioning technique used for data storage by providing
Digital signature to every partitioning data and user .this technique allow user to upload or retrieve
the data with matching the digital signatures provided to them. This method ensures high cloud
storage integrity, enhanced error localization and easy identification of misbehaving server and
unauthorized access to the cloud server. Hence this work aims to store the data securely in reduced
space with less time and computational cost.

The system allows a user to designate a proxy to upload data to the cloud on their behalf and check the integrity of the remotely stored data without downloading it. The proposed ID-PUIC protocol uses cryptographic techniques like key generation, encryption, and decryption to securely upload data from proxies, detect malware, and verify data integrity in a private or public manner depending on the user's authorization. The system aims to improve security, efficiency and flexibility compared to existing public key infrastructure approaches for remote data integrity checking and proxy-based data uploading in public
This document presents a Cooperative Provable Data Possession (CPDP) scheme to ensure data integrity in a multicloud storage system. The CPDP scheme uses a trusted third party to generate secret keys, verification tags for data blocks, and store public parameters. It allows a client to issue challenges to verify the integrity of its data stored across multiple cloud service providers. The verification process involves the cloud providers proving possession of the original data file without retrieving the whole file. This scheme aims to efficiently verify data integrity in a multicloud system with support for data migration and scalability.
Security Check in Cloud Computing through Third Party Auditorijsrd.com
In cloud computing, data owners crowd their data on cloud servers and users (data consumers) can access the data from cloud servers. Due to the data outsourcing, however, it requires an independent auditing service to check the data integrity in the cloud. Some existing remote integrity checking method scan only serve for static records data. Thus, cannot be used in the auditing service since the data in the cloud can be animatedly updated. Thus, an efficient and secure dynamic auditing protocol is required to convince data owners that the data are correctly stored in the cloud. In this paper, we first design an auditing framework for cloud storage systems for privacy-preserving auditing protocol. Then, we extend our auditing protocol to support the data dynamic operations, which is efficient to secure the random model.
Cloud storage permits users to store their data in a remote server to eliminate overpriced local storage and
management costs, then access data anytime, anyplace. Variety of solutions are projected to tackle the integrity of
stored cloud data and its retrievability. One amongst the most important consideration with data storage in cloud
today is data integrity verification of untrusted cloud. A very important approach to attain this goal of data integrity
verification is Proof Of Retrievability, in which the storage server will assure verifier via a concise proof that a
client’s file is obtainable. In this work, the study on static and dynamic approaches of Proof Of Retrievability and
numerous techniques are discussed.

Embedded machine learning-based road conditions and driving behavior monitoringIJECEIAES
Car accident rates have increased in recent years, resulting in losses in human lives, properties, and other financial costs. An embedded machine learning-based system is developed to address this critical issue. The system can monitor road conditions, detect driving patterns, and identify aggressive driving behaviors. The system is based on neural networks trained on a comprehensive dataset of driving events, driving styles, and road conditions. The system effectively detects potential risks and helps mitigate the frequency and impact of accidents. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles. Collecting data involved gathering information on three key road events: normal street and normal drive, speed bumps, circular yellow speed bumps, and three aggressive driving actions: sudden start, sudden stop, and sudden entry. The gathered data is processed and analyzed using a machine learning system designed for limited power and memory devices. The developed system resulted in 91.9% accuracy, 93.6% precision, and 92% recall. The achieved inference time on an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense with a 32-bit CPU running at 64 MHz is 34 ms and requires 2.6 kB peak RAM and 139.9 kB program flash memory, making it suitable for resource-constrained embedded systems.
