This study examined the ethical attitudes of business managers in India, South Korea, and the United States. It hypothesized that cultural differences would influence managers' perceptions of questionable business practices. Survey results showed managers in individualistic cultures like the US viewed practices as less ethical than collectivist cultures like India and Korea. Managers in short-term oriented cultures also perceived certain practices as less unethical compared to long-term oriented cultures. The study concluded culture has a strong impact on ethical attitudes, while personal integrity, external environment, and gender also influence perceptions.
