            there is a 21x increase in enrolling that prospective student. Our proprietary process can have

            Since on average, a sales professional only spends 20%-30% of his/her time selling; the other

            Since our process can work thru leads more effectively than most sales teams, we have been
            used to work thru the lower half of a batch of scored leads, so that the out-bound sales team is
            only working the highest scored leads, and our platform is used to work the lower half.
Where Hot Transfers May Not Add Value


     • Low Lead Volumes
       If a client has an out-bound team, but is unable to keep them full with new
       Data Leads either because of cost or availability, then Hot Transfers may not
       make sense. This is because they are already paying the outbound staff,
       and they probably have the time to work thru the leads. If they can cut staff,
       then Hot Transfers may add value to help increase utilization of the new
       reduced staff to produce the same or better results.



     • No Inbound capabilities
       If a customer doesn’t have the ability to receive in-bound calls,
       then Hot Transfers will not work.

As a Private Label Partner, you will have access to the Results Portal for uploading and managing all of our
leads. This password protected portal provides real time information on all leads provided by date range
including full disposition data on all leads, and full audio clips of each call center conversation.
