 Assist Office Administrator by running reports for the Patient Account Management department to
check progress of claims and to aid the PAM’s on transactions to make process quicker.
 Setup for weekly meetings for in house and outside offices.
 Assist PAM’s on work such as data entry, insurance verifications, and sending letters to doctors that
are needed to bill.
 Received education on wide range of insurances and how they operate like Medicare (Noridian) and
made sure all documentation is gathered for billing.
 Assisted PAM’s on the billing process by scanning transactions to the data base for billing to view to
bill electronically.
 Helped with database and computer troubleshooting issues.
 Went over PAM/Practioner reports to make sure everything that was billed or if there was anything
that could be a quick fix to bill. I would fix issue bill it and communicated with management.
