2. Process
In this poster I used the monster in this to show to the audience
who is the most important thing in this poster what I did was I
made it have spirit like monster. For this I changed the contrast
with the use of the blending options I also dropped a shadow to
make the image darker to show that the monster is evil.
Furthermore I then added a glow to make it seem out of the
ordinary with the monster to get the audience to fear the monster
and to engage with the characters. I've done all of this to make the
characters fear the monster for a reason I did this so I could get
the audience to feel the same why about the monster.
3. Process
With this font I downloaded one of dafont which
was called RUN I used this because it suggests to
the audience that a wolf did this due to the title
being scratched almost. I did this because it shows
to the audience the power of the monster and
make the audience fear the monster even more. I
utilised this colour of red to symbolise blood and
bloodline. Firstly I used it to symbolise blood to
show that the monster is bloodthirsty and kills
people however I used it for bloodline to show that
there are more of these creatures out there and in
the trailer it shows that someone gets changed into
the monster.
4. Process
I used this font because it stands out and makes the poster come together
with the use of this slogan that I have used in it. This makes it easier for
the audience to identify the genre of the film poster due to the colour
scheme and the text that has been used. With the text that I have used I
think that the audience will be engaged with the poster and want to go
see the film, as it is easy for them to identify the film.
5. Process
I utilised this image of a normal forest but I
added some effects to it so it makes it seem out
of the ordinary and more like a creepy. To do
this I used some effects like changing the
contrasts of the image, I also added a inner glow
and added the satin effect to it. I did this to
show the audience that the forest isn’t normal
and that there is something wrong with it and
that it is dangerous. The audience can see this
due to the colour scheme of the poster as I have
a dark colour scheme this conveys to the
audience a dark power and death this goes very
well with this horror as it personifies a horror
film.
6. Process
With this what I did was go on the internet and find the font
and see how they did the credits on the posters and I did the
same sort of layout that they do I did this because I wanted the
poster to look as professional as I could get it this is so it would
look more eye catching for the audience.
