circulated communications throughout the academic community damaging his reputation, and

The Claimant constantly informed senior management in the respondent organisation of the steps

JD commenced investigating the grievance process on the 24/01/08 by meeting and interviewing

On 6/03.08 JD sent the Claimant a mail informing the Claimant of his decision not to uphold his
grievance, giving his reasons as well. The Claimant was concerned because some of his grievance
was not answered. This led the Claimant to pursue the next stage of internal grievance process. On
the 6/03/08 the Claimant lodged an Appeal.
On 10/03/08 PW and MM wrote an apology letter to the Claimant who claimed he did not get the

concrete, saving valuable time on the construction programme and reducing H S risks during

643m3 ground floor slab. The external retaining wall was over 5m high, I was involved in the

and welded to A393 steel mesh which was incorporated into a poured screed on top of the backfill

shows a temptress, Mariana portrays woman as awaiting man and The Eve of Saint Agnes depicts

Keats shows man as weak in this poem, love as a disability. We are shown how this man is
overcome by emotion as he is left palely loitering in case la Belle Dame returns. In Keats s extract
from The Eve of Saint Agnes he describes her as a figure of beauty. This time it is portrayed as
genuine and deep as Madeline is not aware of an audience. The story of The Eve of Saint Agnes is
