5. • I really just focus on my breath and that starts to connect me to the present moment a lot
faster.

• The concept of human revolution, date back thousands of years to the Lotus
Sutra and to the earliest Buddhist philosophers who were his disciples.

• But it wasn’t until the 20thcentury, during World War II, that an educator in
Japan named Josei Toda began teaching about “human revolution.”

revolution of the heart,

11. • I discovered how to break through the confines of the lower worlds and my

• the private and isolated self that was a prisoner of fears, desires, and illusions.

• I broke these chains by practicing self-mastery, self-reformation, and refining
