The document proposes a photography editing magazine aimed at 16-20 year old males from a higher social class. It will include a cover with descriptions of interior pages, a photo editing timeline showing the process, and images with editing settings. The proposal draws on the author's experience making magazines and using editing software, as well as experiments capturing photos to create interesting content. An evaluation will include a production reflection with screenshots and analysis, and a final evaluation of the overall process and plans.

Working Title:
BL Photography.
Audience:
My audience will be aged 16-20 as that is the aged group that I had most responses. I
can also link to this age group as I am part of it and will know what they would prefer.
During my survey, I also had more Reponses from the male gender, hence why I shall
aim the product at them. Like the age I can also relate to this gender and will have a first-
hand knowledge of what content to have. The audience I am aiming it at will be of a
higher social class as they need to be a bit wealthy to afford the equipment that the
magazine talks about. I feel that my magazine will appeal this bracket of audience as It is
aimed at people like me and I know what those sorts of people would like so I can use
that in my advantage to improve it to my standard.
Rationale (approx. 100 words)
Over the last year and a half, I have gathered many skills to be able to help me for this. For
example, I have previously made a magazine before and believe that I will use this experience to
make another good one. In my last magazine, I learnt the basics of how it should look. With my
experiments that I made this year I have learnt more which will help more. As I am wanting to
make a photography editing magazine, I have learnt more editing techniques for the photos. This
is to make It more interesting. As in previous projects I have worked with editing, I will also use this
experience to create titles and logos to make it realistic. Finally, I will use the knowledge of
Photoshop that I have to layer items and images to make them more aesthetically pleasing for the
audience.
Project Concept (approx. 200 words)
For content on my magazine I will be adding a few different things onto the cover and
inside. For the cover, I shall add a small description saying about what will be in the
magazine and on which page, to interest the reader to look at it. On the inside one of my
ideas that I have had is to add an editing timeline. So, with this I shall get a photo that I
took myself and edit it so it looks better. On each stage and process that I do, I shall
screen shot it and write what I did. After I shall put a before and after image to show the
difference. On another page, I am thinking of adding different images I have taken and
write about any effects and settings I used to make it look better.
Evaluation (approx. 50 words)
With my evaluation, I will have two power points to break it down. First I have production reflection.
During making the game I will take screenshots to all steps, I will then write about what I thought of
this process. By doing this I can analyse what I thought so I know if I should try it again in any later
projects. I will make a final evaluation where I will evaluate what I thought of all my steps, such as
research and initial plans. This will let me this about what could have been done better and if I had
to change anything.
