Stephen experimented with copying layers between documents, learning he needed to rasterize non-smart layers first. He also used shortcuts to quickly rescale layers and adjusted the opacity of one layer by 5% to give the poster a red tint and convey the genre to the audience. In his final product, he will include the opacity changes to the background layer, experimented fonts, and features like dark contrasting to create intrigue.

2. Process
I struggled to copy one of my layers using the quick selection tool. I eventually worked out that
I had to rasterize the layer as it was not a smart object. I was then able to copy and paste it
onto my background layer.

I can use short cuts such as command T to quickly
select the image in the layer and rescale it.

4. Process
I put down the opacity of the 1st layer by 5%. This gave the whole poster a tinge
of red to give the audience a sense of the genre.

– I will include the opacity changes I made in the

with as I think it was successful.
