This document describes the monoplane occlusion-neutrocentric concept for complete dentures. Key points: 1. The plane of occlusion is completely flat and parallel to the denture foundation with no compensating curves. There is no vertical overlap of anterior teeth. 2. When setting the teeth, the horizontal and lateral condylar guidances should be set at zero. 3. Posterior teeth on both arches are set on the flat plane of occlusion with some horizontal overlap but no vertical overlap.
