  • 8. 8-hour Mandatory Summer Tablet Training Ongoing Training Throughout the Year • Cougar Cast segments with technology tips • Support resources on Moodle • 1:1 & small group trainings offered Student Training is VITAL.
  • 9. 4-hour Mandatory Training for Trainers Train-the-Trainer MODEL • (1) Help Desk employee and (1) faculty members per room. • Presentations scripted so all rooms are teaching the same concepts in the same way. • Student trainers establish sense of authority for Help Desk employees.
  • 10. • Sessions offered after weekly school masses in the fall. • Same agenda as night classes. NIGHT CLASSES PRAY & PLAY Welcome to PARENT UNIVERSITY • Evening sessions • Available in the fall • Responsible use and basic care discussed • Many programs are introduced along methods for supporting student success.
