combined treatment with caffeine and nifedipine in sodium selenite induced cataract.
Methods: Seventy five healthy albino Wistar rats were divided into 5 groups; the first group received
intraperitoneal injection of saline and served as control, 2nd group received a single subcutaneous
injection of 30 nmol/g body weights of sodium selenite to induce cataract. 3rd and 4th groups received
0.1 mg/kg of nifedipine and 5.15 µmoles of caffeine respectively, starting two days prior to the
administration of selenite and continuing such treatment till the end of experiment. Last group got the
combined treatments of nifedipine and caffeine in the same regimen. Animals were decapitated after 5,
15 and 25 days of the experiment.
Results: The results indicated a very highly significant decrease (P˂0.001) in total soluble lens protein
and Na+ K+ATPase activity, a very highly significant increase (P˂0.001) in calcium lens content in
selenite cataract group. Also significant changes in the molecular weight and area under peaks
estimated in profile of electrophoretic mobility of lens proteins were found in selenite group. All these
changes reduced markedly in caffeine and nifedipine group.

Negative Reflection Of My Facebook Profile
As I started looking through my Facebook profile, it felt like my account was not very professional
when comparing it with other people s profiles. There are countless posts that might be perceived as
aggressive, argumentative, assertive and responsive. I do not believe that my account reflects my shy,
well mannered public self as I am more vocal when I comes to my Facebook profile. Looking through
the posts and comments I have made, it seems to be very clear that I have no worries about an
employer going through my profile as I believe the decision of whether to hire or not should not

These statuses were assertive and argumentative, however they garnered a lot of comments and likes. I
was very responsive to those who commented, replying to all of them, either defending my point or
explaining the rationale behind the statuses. I was showing off my confident personality and treating
myself as though I was superior to those around me. Then there was another post saying to
temporarily withdraw from physical affection of any kind. The rationale behind that was to keep her
wanting more. If you found yourself touching her first a lot, you should withdraw from a significant
amount of time. That is unless she initiates it; if she initiates it, do not refuse the touch. This will
subconsciously show her how much she needs you. To add onto that, I commented saying you are
entitled to her body and it is her job to protect herself from unwanted affection. You should not be
wasting your time guessing how much touch she is comfortable with. Start with gentle contact and
then escalate quickly. She is there for you to play and enjoy, and it is up to her to determine how much

The Hsi Lai Temple was a very gorgeous outstanding place. With very exotic colors of different kind
of orange. You felt the serenity upon entering the temple. There was Buddhist statues or figure on

News recently came out about how Zac Brown was involved in a hotel drug bust, but somehow his
