This document proposes embedding employability in the curriculum through a graduate attribute framework and 10-point matrix. It discusses focus group research identifying key graduate attributes of being communicative, collaborative, and confident changemakers. A 10-point matrix is presented for rating learning activities based on their career value, industry partnerships, alignment with attributes, and employability enhancement. Next steps include getting approval, informing stakeholders, surveying programs to evaluate employability scores, and identifying additional employability-enhancing activities.
