2. Process
I created this just because I thought it was random and I
thought it would something different for my experiment
to create rather than sticking to the same thing. When
producing this experiment I decided to use some
colouring and also including a lot of time frames to make
it into an animation. I did this because it makes the images
move with the slight movements of the layers I have
chosen and clicked on. For mostly everything I used the
pen and fill tool to make the image of the pig and also to
fill parts of the background giving it the look it has now. I
did this to give a bit of background for the experiment so
it didn’t look so out of place for the pig running.
I started first by creating the first part of the pig and then
went on to creating the other three images the pig will
need to look like he is running. This worked well because
it does look like he is running and seems to work very well
for a random experiment. After that it is just remember to
use the key frames of the time line to make it move.
3. Reflection
What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product?
In my final product I will be including the time line aspect and also including the pixel design of using the pencil for in detail
designs. For this experiment I will want to have some more time to produce the final product because I haven't had long to create
the experiment. In the final experiment I will also include the program used. In my final product I will also include the style of
production, this is because I want it to have that pixel art graphic rather than it being a normal animation. This unique style brings
the work to life and makes it different to other animations.
4. Process
To produce this experiment I had to use a large amount of layers to
make it work well and look good for this practice. I used over 100
layers to make everything move and seem realistic rather than a
animation. I started with the back ground layer and built up from
there. I did this by adding the grids and the adding colour over them
to make it less bland and filled with a cool game.
I then started to develop the shapes that are used to switch and
eventually win you the game. This concept is widely inspired by
candy crush but with a slightly different concept. For producing this I
used a lot of different shapes on a variety of layers then placed them
in certain places for easy access. When producing the shapes I
created them from the pencil tool to make the accurate and effect
for a object in this. I also used the pencil to create the text and
numbers to the left of the main grid. The numbers seemed difficult
because they all had to be the same size as each other.
From this I exported the final cut of the beginning, middle and end
and imported them into adobe premier pro to create the final cut of
the experiment. This seemed slightly difficult to produce a song that
will match the game play but I produced it. I then added my music
that I produced in beepbox and the sound effects I included in
beepbox. From here I exported the final cut and made sure there
wasn’t any mistakes and it was good to go.
5. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I will like to include the very detailed way that the
game has been produced. This is because I created
it by using photoshop. I used this because it’s a
effective way of production
