The XYZ family medical center serves around 20,000 people in a large population area. It aims to prevent disease, vaccinate newborns, detect endemic illnesses, and provide medical services. As the nucleus of health in the region, it acts as a reference for doctors and collects data on citizens' health. The center provides services like vaccinations, prenatal care, laboratory tests, dental care, and social services. It was recently upgraded with three floors housing administrative offices, clinics, a pharmacy, and more. The center has a general manager, 10 physicians, 9 dentists, pharmacists, nurses, technicians, workers, employees, and specialists. The human resources could be distributed more efficiently with additional staff.

I should see the whole vision of the ministry to use
the maximum useful disputation of the human
resources recruited by the ministry and fulfill the
best for patient and work
And try to get rid of the ordinary routine
