• Regularly provide updates of your project so there are no
surprises be as transparent as possible.

• There are many hurdles to successfully completing a big
project, so make sure you document the entire process.

deadline but you will have the documentation you need
to back you up for the delay.

• Show your true leadership skills by reaching out to
others. Share the hard work and pride that will come
from the completion of a tough assignment.

• When feeling overwhelmed, it's easy to get lost in a pile of
paperwork and don’t know where to begin.
• Break a project into small, easily digestible parts by
creating a list of doable sections to complete within a
certain timeframe.
• Check off each section one at a time as they are completed.

6. Take time to acknowledge achievements
• For every step you successfully complete, and take a
moment to give yourself, and those who will helping you,
a pat on the back and acknowledge the forward-moving
progress.

7. Keep your eye on the prize
• It is important that you don't lose your way your project.
Periodically remind yourself of the outcome you wish to
achieve and go over your list and reassess where you are
and where you still need to go.
