• The auction will be in a place that is 200m2.
• The guests will be invited via specially printed invitation cards.
• Drinks will be served during the breaks given in the auction.
• Security systems (ie. cameras) will be constructed.
• The artwork will be transferred to the auction house.
Opening an artwork auction for encouraging young artists.
An auction for 20 pieces of artwork will be opened.

4. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
• Auction must be indoors and it must hold place at a decent part of
city.
• Personnel administration is another environmental factor that we
must be careful about.
• In order to avoid those factors we hired an auction house at Nişantaşı
and we choose our workers and other people we hire from big
companies that provide workers.
5. INTEGRATION MANAGEMENT PLAN
• First we look for changes to be made, if there are any.
• Then we inform sponsor about the changes.
• If she allows us to make any changes, we will make changes, if not
there will be no changes.

opening an auction to introduce young and
successful artists to public.
OBJECTIVES: Opening an auction of 20 piece
artworks on a 200m2area with 70 people.
SCOPE: The Project covers the decoration
works , construct security systems, agreement
with artists , transfer of artworks and also
foods&drinks
CONSTRAINTS: The Project has a total budget
of 100.000TL. The resources are pre hired
interior architect 300TL/day 4 workers
150TL/day electrical technician 200TL/dayASSUMPTION: All artworks will be sold. No
transfer back.

R2) Interior decoration may not be completed in
time and the auction can not start at given time.
R1) The auction house we have chosen can not be
available at the time we selected and the auction
will be terminated
R3) Purchased cameras may not be working and we
can not control the auction.
R4) Security guards may not be doing their jobs
well, and the security of guests and artworks falls
into danger.
R5) Artists may not be proper for auction and the
research is repeated and the project may be
delayed.
19. R8) The invitations may not reach the guests in
time and the guests will not know any
information about auction and we can not sell
the artworks.
R7) There may be a printing error on the
invitations and our guest can not find the auction
place.
R10) Foods and drinks can be poor quality and
the guests will get ill.
R9) Artworks can be damaged while transferring
to auction house and we can not sell damaged
artworks.
R6) Artists may not reach the agreement because
of the artworks prices and we give them more
money than our artworks budget or auction can
not start on time.

21. QUALITY MANAGEMENT PLAN
• As we opening this auction on a decent part of the city we have to keep
some standards. Like drinks and foods must be tasteful and artworks
should fit guests tastes.
• To assure these requirements, for drinks and foods we reached an
agreement with a catering firm and for the artworks we made a search for
proper artists.
• We will inspect these products ourselves and to do that we placed
milestones.
