Career Objective:
Seeking a marketing position with an organization where demonstrated skills in marketing,
administration, and sales can be used to increase profitability and promote growth. I am eager
to learn and gain hands-on-job experience in the dynamic environment. I am enthusiastic,
considerate and focused, and very much target oriented with a flexible approach. Marketing
position that uses my writing skills and enables me to make a positive contribution .The title of

Working As Teller Officer at HSBC Al Zomor Branch since (May 2015- Till Now).
Principal Accountabilities: Key Activities and decision making areas
Impact on the business/ Function
• Receive, Scan and process LCY/FCY customer deposits.
• Pay out and process LCY/FCY cheques to customers.
• Processing the required entries for cash shipments.
• Processing the required entries for cash export and import.
• Ensure that cash is balanced at the end of day.

• Ensure efficient and quick customer service.
• Ensure to provide branches (approx. 40) with all FCY/LCY requirements to satisfy their
customer.
• Ensure to keep good relations with CBE and other banks to facilitate work.
• To refer any business opportunity whenever possible to designated department and

• Maintain sufficient control through adherence to FIM, BIM, Laws, CBE regulations and
restrictions in addition to the bank procedures without affecting the service standards.
