handling all import and export detailed transaction such as Issuance, Amendment,
Negotiations, and Payments for the Import and Export L/Cs. Also Inward / Outward
bills for collection.
• Preparing operational duties to import section such as opening DC's negotiation,
amendments and settlement of documentary credit.
• HIE Co-coordinator, handling HIE problems and system related issues and follow-up.
• Open the LC’s, preparing appropriate SWIFT MSG
• Proceed with all D/C amendment requests and customer inquiries.
• Check the shipping documents that we receive from the correspondent bank against
the DC terms and conditions
• Issue shipping guarantees / endorsement of shipping documents.
• Single contact point for prime customers (very sensitive A/Cs i.e. GSO and Relation
Dept.)
• Semi –annual balancing for all import accounts. Physical checking for outstanding
DC’s, BR’s, DPB’s and all relative MDC’s when required.

• Handling all administrative work i.e. filing, registering ….etc handling all import D/C’S
related to USAID and preparation / of all USAID related reports
