Channel Management

 Training of channel partners and Distributors manpower to build competence in selling products.

 Formulating monthly,Quartely and Yearly sales plan and achieving sales and revenue targets for the

 Responsible for timely payment from the Partner.

Marketing / Promotional activities
 Plan and implement channel and marketing activities .(Road Shows, Retail Seminar’s, in-shop branding
at the counter)
 Rolling out schemes & targets of Distributors and assisting them in achievement of Targets
E-commerce:-
 Handling Key Accounts Snapdeal, Flipkart, Amazon, and PayTM in the E-commerce Vertical.
 Handling Key Accounts Reliance, E-zone in the Large Format Retail Vertical.
 Fix appointments and meeting partners for new client acquisition and healthy business relationship
with the old ones.
 Deciding price for the Clients as per market trends based on analysis done.
 Strategising new product line with the partner as per market study and analysis.
 Creating and enhancing visibility of products on different e-commerce websites & LFR stores to
