First Joined as Graduate Engineer Trainee in JSW ISPAT STEEL LTD., Dolvi since 10th
July 2009.I have attend the 12 days training program covering the technical aspects of
steel manufacturing process ,Production planning,TPM,Six sigma kaizen, Supply chain
management, SAP application etc.
Presently working as Asst.Manager in MRSS (Main Receiving Step down Sub-Station of
220/33Kv) after completion of training.

220KV/33KV/11KV power transformer to 2 MVA 6.6/0.433KV distribution
transformer.

Thyristor Controlled Rectifiers (TCR) of rating 180 Mvar and 190 Mvar
respectively for power factor improvement.

2.  Operation and maintenance of emergency DG sets of capacity 4x1250kva.

 Operation and maintenance of Oil Filtration (Machine Capacity: 2400
Liters. /Hr.) for transformer oil filtration and checked BDV value of filtered oil.
 Testing on CT, PT, LA, SF6 Circuit Breaker.
 Testing on Transformer like Megger, PI index, Winding Resistance, Voltage
Ratio, Magnetic current and balance test, Vector group and Tan-delta etc.
(As per IS – 2026).
 HT cable Hi pot test.
 Testing of various type of relay like CDG, CDD, VAJ, etc. Solid State relay
RADSB, RADHD, etc. Motor protection relay like CTMM, MM-30, MOT-
PRO, 7SJ-600, 7UT -600 by SIEMENS make, SPAJ-140C, SPAJ-160C,
ABB REF 541,REF670,Siemens7SR,SIEMENS 7SJ8071,7SR64 etc
 Setting of relay according to load requirement.
 AC Hipot testing kit is used to verify the strength of insulation between a
product’s current carrying components and its enclosure
 Testing of 33KV, 6.6KV, 11KV (HT Switch gear panel), 433 V (LT panel).
 Testing and maintenance of LT motors.
 Handling scheduling of power plant according to plant load to maximize
used of power.
 Maintenance of battery charger and UPS for continuous supply of DC for
operation of breaker and protection relay.
 Successfully completed the project of up gradation of power system of plant
replace the NGEF panel by Siemens and ABB panel.
 Handle the all testing of Siemens panel like scheme check, relay testing,
hipot testing, and tightness of bus bar, breaker testing etc.
Planning and Material Management
 Maintaining and Controlling Maximum Demand (M.D.) within specified
limits, to Optimize Plant Load Factor
 Functional experience in SAP R/3 planning, Inventory, analysis and reports
using PM and MM modules, Generating Notification and Reservation as an

uninterrupted and smooth plant operation and maintaining records for
maintenance of electrical equipments.
 Break down analysis and preparing action Plan for repetitive failures,

spares and its availability.
 Proper maintain of all the electrical drawings and technical documents.

 Coordinating Total productive maintenance (TPM) activities such as 5S,
Fuguai`s, One point lesson, Root cause analysis and Why-why analysis for
shutdown / breakdowns.
