CAREER OBJECTIVE

WORK EXPERIENCE
1) Presently Transferred and started working with Amtek Riken Casting Pvt. Ltd. At Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
Company is a joint venture of Amtek India Ltd. (India) And Riken Corporation (Japan).
Employment Dates – 2nd May. 2015 to till date.
Employment duration with Amtek Group – 1 Year 8 Months.
Designation – Electrical engineer (Plant engineering and Projects)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Due to exigencies of project I have got transferred to this plant. As company is
currently under designing of new plant, so job duties include Electrical machinery procurement, erection &
commissioning etc. Some of the major job duties are as follows:
 Analyzing site requirements and planning of machinery, electrical apparatus purchase, calculations of
power required, circuit diagram preparation, Cable calculations and supplier liasoning.
 Calculations of cable laying, cable rating factor, cable tray route designing and panel placements,
drafting and reading of Single line diagrams, Distribution and AMF synchronization.
 Liasoning with Rajasthan state electricity board and CEI for approvals of Power connection of 33kV.
Preparation of documentation according to IER rule book.
 Making of erection and commissioning work charts according to production & testing dates, and plan the
overall completion dates of commissioning of machinery.
 As the moulding process is Shell moulding, so calculated the cycle time and manpower requirement,
according to that ordered machinery from TOYO machines JAPAN.
 Breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance of machines already in production. Preparation of
PM schedule, handling of Spare and critical spare inventory.
 Preparation of breakdown analysis, why why analysis, power consumption reports and root cause
analysis logs. Preparation of daily breakdown log register and Work instructions, fortnight load current
list and megger value chart.
 Machine control quality & failure analysis and its implementation like Decrease MTTR and Increase
MTBF.
 Responsible for Maintenance of Flask less Moulding Line (Disa matic 440), Core shop (Cold box, Hot box,
Shell Core), sand plant (Kuenkel Wagner, Disa).
 Maintenance of utility section e.g. Compressor, DG set, 132/33 kv switchyard, LT distribution system,
furnace water system, RO water system.
 Achieved the 94% uptime of the core shop machines in the month of May’2015. So increased the OEE of
core shop machines with scheduled PM>
2) Worked with Oliver Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Amtek Auto Group) Company

 Programming and troubleshooting on ABB FOUNDRY PLUS 2 ROBOT 7760 and ABB ROBOT GRINDER 6640.
 Worked on 66 kV I/C line feeder with switchyard erection and commissioning with Siemens Project team. HT
66kv overhead line erection, testing of line, liaisoning with PSPCL and CEI (State).
 Determining the arrangement of circuits according to electrical drawings of HT/LT transformers, HT SF6 breaker,
GIS type substation, interpreting the drawings to contractor and vendor, supervision of work done.
 Determining the requirement of electrical switchgear e.g. MCCB, SF6, ACB, VCB, APFC etc., and installing them
according to drawings provided with power and control connections.
 In addition also learned about EMS system with Siemens India.
 Maintenance of reoccurring problems using root cause analysis, MTTR and MTBF,Poka yoke and six sigma, why
- 5 analysis. Well conversed with significance of predictive and breakdown maintenance.
 Handling of spares inventory, critical spare list and PM schedule. Handling of shift and manpower.
 Implementation of TPM, 5S, Gemba, TQM, Six Sigma ( Green belt ), Toyota way and many other tools used to
improve product and service quality.

kg/cm^2, 500 LH, and water pump stations.
 Responsible for all the documentation related to PE & Projects e.g. Power consumption reports, Green energy
regulations, Machine work instructions, Preventive maintenance schedules, Liasoning documentation with chief
electrical inspectorate and State electricity board.
 Responsible for maintaining all the drawings and manuals, and wherever needed modify the drawing according
to plan and development.
 Responsible for Electrical equipment procurement e.g. MCCB, MCB, ACB, all type of switchgear, lighting
material, and maintained the spare and critical spares inventory.
