Payroll & Compensation Management
 Functioned as Single Point of Contact for all Compensation , Benefit & Payroll &
responsible for sending out the monthly payroll inputs to Internal Business Groups &
External vendor Benefit Vendor (Insurance Vendor)
 Managing Perks & Perquisites to employees
 Taking care of Employee benefits such as Insurances i.e. Med. Claim, Group Personal
accident, Group Term life.
 Formulating & implementing the policy of Health Insurance Benefit offered to
Employees.
Statutory Compliances
 Ensuring adherence & execution of corporate policies with the help of statutory
consultant.
 Conducting audits for multiple locations
 Understand legal requirements that are relevant to employees
 Taking care of statutory compliances pertains to Payroll like: Provident Fund, Income
Tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, MLWF etc.
 Have knowledge of labour law.
New Systems & Policies
 Defining policies for greater operational effectiveness and manpower deployment.
 Implementing compensation plans, rewards & recognition schemes, HR policies and
communicating them across the organization at all level
 In a process of Implementation of HRMS software.
Budgeting:
 Preparation of Salary budget for the year including the travel, training, employee
Benefit, Employee Engagement expenses etc.
 Keep a track of budget on monthly basis.
Record Management & HR MIS:
 Periodically reporting of Attrition, Head Count Report, New Joinees Report, Salary
Budget report which includes the salary revision, promotions, Transfer, Role
Changing etc.

Performance Management
 Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for
substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
 Decide increments on basis of overall performance rating & salary banding in
conjunction with the Corporate HR
 Responsible for preparation of Increment & Promotion letters and taking care of
grievances.
 Implementing staffing cycles including hiring, promoting, transferring, retaining &
firing.
