Ladies and gentlemen, who I respect,
Indonesia is a large country, which is inhabited by hundreds of millions people with hundreds of
islands spread widely. We have been independent since 1945, but part of people thought Indonesia
has to become independent in terms of education yet. Even though we have changed its curriculum
almost every year, but it is evident that education in Indonesia has not been able to compete as a
whole with the developed countries. We tend to be left behind and have not been able to print
human resources quality of developed countries.
Ladies and gentlemen who I respect
I tried to draw a line to the rear, and I get the irony that it is disappointing. In a country that is very
rich there are still many students dropped out of school, have no uniforms, and swim to reach the
school because the bridge is damaged. It is an irony amid the wealth of our country.
A child who is not getting an education, of course they will have difficulty in achieving a better
standard of living in the future. You've noticed that a lot of poverty arises from ignorance and so
much crime arising from poverty.
Ladies and gentlemen, who I respect,
Education is a major key to a better country. Through proper education and comprehensive, we are
able to print high-quality human resources, eradicate poverty, ignorance and crushing.
Students and teachers have diligence, sincere, and keep trying without relentlessness. We are a rich
country. Indonesia is supposed to have the best education. Don't give up on the fate of our nation
today, and continue to fight for independence of education.
Ladies and gentlemen
So what's going on with our education?
The level of education depends on one thing only. Education is depending on us. Good or bad
educations of countries rely on the students. If we want to change our model of education, let's start
by changing the way our point of view with the same education, keep trying, keep learning, keep
innovation, keep the invention for our education.

HERO’S DAY

In this good opportunity, I would like to deliver a speech titled "Heroes Day".
The aim of this speech reminds us that heroism, patriotism and nationalism that are very important
in the development of our country. Without those attitudes, it is impossible for us to make us
survive in the country. As the Indonesian nation, we must know the history of the national struggle
and twists, to get rid of the invaders who ruled Indonesia. It seems this struggle feels very heavy,
because life is at stake.
Brothers and sisters, who are Indonesian citizens
Every 10 November, Indonesian people must remember the past again the destiny of our nation. We
recall the heroes fight. They prefer they shed upon our nation, which is seizing a victory for
homeland Indonesia who mastered the invaders. Taken on the hero’s battle in Surabaya, This war
faced against Dutch and Allied troops because of the struggle to get Indonesia independence. The
height of the fight is in November 1945. The battle was the heaviest single battle of the revolution
and became a national symbol of Indonesian resistance. The heroic effort of the Indonesians battle
helped our people to get international support for the independence of Indonesia. In the battle,
November 10th is celebrated annually as hero’s day.
The battle of Surabaya was one of the fights going on in our country through the situation of the
independence of Indonesia. Other people did from all over the region in Indonesia a similar thing.
Our people fought against the colonial powers to maintain our independence. Our people struggled
to build a free country. They sacrificed everything, including blood and lives.
Brothers and sisters, who are Indonesian citizens
In a very bright of this morning, let us stretch our hands begging for God. We hope we are all
fighters getting a happy. We hope to God Always gives spiritual and material strength of our
leaders who are too harsh on the prosperity of its people. We hope that the Indonesian nation gets
glorious, peaceful, quiet, safe and quiet. We hope that the Indonesian people are protected from
damage. We hope that God is always with the struggle of our leaders and retaliation from the
righteous with the manifold reward in the afterlife.

Science has an important role in this journey of life. With someone would be steadier in the exercise
of worship to God Almighty, know the actual purpose and essence. However, in contrast to
someone who is blind would be the science of religion, then everything you do will not know the
basics and real purpose. It is not to impinge on the Muslims and we should realize every
Muslim has a duty to study.

Seek the knowledge and you must get priority on every Muslim. People learned and then know the
road that will be traveled. People crave a happy life in the world and it must have knowledge.
People who crave happiness the world hereafter shall have science anyway. Therefore be not to feel
tired to study, and anywhere we have to keep looking though the country of China, as a similar.

Many ways is carried out to look for knowledge. Some seek knowledge by listening to Religious
and some are looking for science through reading books. Also some seek knowledge through
schools, and many more seek trough science resource. But keep in mind that it is known and
seeking the most dominant is to start children of school age. Because with a great opportunity, the
children of early age still have a strong catching power. The science is really as capital material on
the life of the days to come. Science has accepted the children start early with a serious manner. It
will be marked and remembered constantly. So the importance of the study started early, meaning
they can really reach a golden opportunity. As with science, then it could support the full of life
now and tomorrow and in the next future.

Once we find the science seriously, do not forget to practice. The learned are obligated to practice
the science not hidden. When someone has a science and then hidden, then the threat will be
received. So the short blurb that we pass, with hopeful we have servants including religious studies.

IMPORTANT OBEYING SCHOOL RULES

that I Love.
Let us together say the praise and gratitude into the presence of God Almighty for blessing and
grace so that we can all come together in a health. There is one thing that is usually perceived by
students as a burden which the presence of the school code. But there is no one else on this school
that does not have a code of conduct.
When there is a code of conduct then your guys know what to do and not. It is reasonable if the
schools give sanctions to anyone students who break the rules. This rule applies indiscriminately.
There are some positive values that may be your guys haven't seen it, what are the advantages of
this code of conduct?
Making our parents, teachers & you proud
There is no one else who is not a parent proud when his son performs in schools, although some
parents may be prestige declared himself proud of them. Teachers also must have been proud at us.
Our time is more effective
For example, we do not repeat time of learning, so when the teacher explained we don't pay
attention, we must also take remedial exams (some schools have such policies). If it has been, is
wasting time right?
There is a proverbial saying ' value first appreciated ', as well as paying attention to the teacher
during the clarify lessons. We have asked for submitting task. Or for example when we threatened
do not pass the grade, teachers must have seen our enterprise learning time, we deserve it or not in
riding classes, in the meeting of the board of teachers that must have many teachers who are
defending so we ride class.
The children are proud their fathers

Good morning friends all I love
My presence here is not to patronize, nor to show that I am the most good and righteous, but to
invite all your friends to become better students and more. Friend whom I love, in this modern era,
often times we fall asleep with unlimited, nightlife, and other things that hurt. What's more, the
teenage son and daughter relationship twitches often become stumbling blocks to reaching our
goals. The actual impact of this free promiscuous life, there is only a negative side that we receive.
If we have been mired in the promiscuity are free, we'll spend more time for lapsed in nightlife, and
contracted the virus of consumerism to the mere prestige.
My friends whom I proud of, we surely know that such actions had violated religious and
community values, as we surely will be close to illegal drugs, free sex, drunkenness, and the things
that harm others. Currently, pregnancy outside of marriage is not exceptional. This also led to the
high number of abortions among adolescents. Especially for young women, it would be very
troubling health you.
Abortion is not only breaking the law, because lose lives, but also on the value of religion, sinner
and endanger the lives of the women themselves. Abortion can lead to sudden death for failure
process. Abortion will also result in death are slow due to a serious infection around the content. In
the process of this abortion, there will also be the possibility of uterine tear or commonly referred to
with the term Uterine Perforation. If this is the case, the uterus should be lifted and you will never
be able to have children again.
With the free promiscuous association that we are living, we can easily get HIV/AIDS is no cure
except death. It is not to mention if we have contracted venereal disease such as syphilis or Lion
King. Our future will be destroyed, our parents would have slumped, and the only remaining aka

Today is world smoke-free day. I hope everyone who attended here have a good grasp about how
dangerous smoking effects to the health.
Talking about the dangers of smoking In our country, the rule of law for the regulation of cigarettes
or smoking prohibitions like information about infertility and impotence only seem to be the words
of sweetener. If we look at other countries regarded as free Nations such as United States, it has
been enforcing the rule of law for smoking and heavy sanctions.
A ban on smoking in public places like the area around the Office, shopping and others, has been
put in place. Business restaurant or bar that do not follow these new rules will be fined by US $
2,000 that not a bit of the fine. We should learn from them if we remember how dangerous smoking
to our health.
Dear teachers and friends,
The first factor of smoking is a bad habit and containing toxins. We must not consume smoking
because it is not good for health. I'm sure you know that there are many substances in cigarette that
is dangerous. For example, nicotine is the substance. Substances are extremely dangerous and can
cause a variety of ailments. Not only harmful to smoker, it is also dangerous for us if we close to the
smoker. So if there is a smoker near you. Talk to him to turn off his/her Smoking a moment well
offensively.

Next, I will talk about the second factor. Smoking causes many diseases such as cancer, disorders of
pregnancy, fetal abnormalities, and etc. One factor that a lot of people died in Indonesia is being
smoked. The majority are students. Many students who died because of smoking and drugs are very
disappointed! One of the youths died in the wrong way.
The habit of smoking also produces the effect of a bad behavior for smokers. So, there are many
negative effects of Smoking. Smoking is not a positive event for the young generation. From now,
let us say “Students stop smoking”.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to deliver my speech in this morning.
The addictive drug is a kind of drug, which is often misused and cause many problems on one's
nerves. Drug abuse can result in nerve damage, resulting in addiction and dependence. The use of
drugs does not fit the current rules a lot going on in the community.
When a drug is used, the effects will be retrieved by the user. First, the drug is able to provide peace
to the wearer and make them unconscious. When used in excess, then the drug could result in death.
Later, the drug can also cause stimulation and passion toward the user.
The Ladies and Gentlemen
Drugs are not only used by the adults, but its abuse was committed by teen years old. In Indonesia,
we often see an awful lot of kids who use drugs. Of course, the use of addictive substances provides
a broad and thorough impact for them. They will experience a change in behavior, decreasing the
quality of work, potentially causing crime and getting the health disorders cause death.
As teachers and parents, we should prevent any drug abuse. We can make a variety of programs and
activities such as playing music, exercising, making the clubs studied, and various social activities.
In essence, we make a wide range of activities that aim to distract the students.
All students as the young generation in particular
This is a very serious problem for us. A generation of this nation will be lost if we do not take
action together and soon. In short, we must be willing to go to against illicit drugs, and war must
start from within.
So, what can we do as a young generation? Prevention is better than cure. Avoid drugs because
once you try it, you will be stuck and then became addicted. You will eventually be turned into
criminals or take your life. We have so many examples around us, what happens to the user. They
are all loose on their future. I think we do not want such things to happen to ourselves.
Let us do the above efforts consistently and never give up. I am sure that we could eradicate drugs
in Indonesia.

education in the world and its benefits for students. Education World provides many advantages to
support the smooth process of teaching and learning, and has many benefits for students.
The term of Internet is combination of computer networks in a wide scale and larger. Each user of
the computer can communicate each other with other people just by using a language network. At
this time, the internet has become very important technology for a variety of aspects. Both aspects
of education, it includes cultural aspects, economic aspects, social aspects and more. There are
aspects for education. The internet is perceived benefits both for the institution to educators and to
the protege.
Here are the benefits of the internet for education. There 3 advantages:
1. Educational institutions
For educational institutions, internet has some following advantages, such as :
- To introduce the people about the mother institution with institutes by making the internet.
- To save time and cost in the recruitment of new employees.
- Make it easier to attract students and new students.
2. Educators
For all educators or lecturers, internet has some following advantages, such as :
- To search for teaching material and the materials will be given to students.
- To seek access to information sources.
- Internet in the set as a means to discuss with students so that the knowledge of students is
increasingly widespread.
- To facilitate the protégés in collecting duties given.

And for all students, internet may be very useful, such as :

First of all, I would like to say that the very first gratefulness is delivered to The Almighty, Allah

We often heard many slogans which recommend us to keep environment clean in some places,
especially in school.
However, we sometimes forgot it. We thought that it is like a joke without any importances and
advantages. As far as we know that the slogan is very important for us to make us always keep our
school cleanliness; but the fact that there are so many students who still throw rubbish around
although they have known there is a dustbin.
Of course, we don’t want our school to be dirty and full of rubbish. For the sake of making our
surroundings clean and healthy, we need to do some ways to avoid and solve the problems.
They are :
 Teachers should give examples to always throw the rubbish in the bin.
 Teachers should warn and advise students who throw the rubbish around especially when the
students are eating and drinking in the classroom.
 School should have rules relating to this cleanliness.
 School should have threat of punishment for whoever throws the rubbish around.
 Students should remember and apply all rules so that they are afraid of the punishment given
when they throw the rubbish around.
All of us, especially the students of MA Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kerkap, should always remember that
the rules are not to be broken but to be comply with. Through these ways, the cleanliness in the
school is not only a myth but a real fact which makes the process of learning and teaching in the
classroom to be comfortable for everyone.
Last but not least, I hope that this speech is useful for all of us so that our school can be the best

Honorable ones, our beloved English teacher; Mr. Sekoy and my beloved friends. In this golden
opportunity, allow me to stand here in front of you all to deliver a brief speech about corruption.
My dear friends
Corruption is a well known word that everyone in this country knows exactly what it means and
how cruel it is. Corruption is an action of stealing people money and their right of justice. It is stink
and inhuman action. An action that brings our country to the depths of poverty.
Corruption has become the biggest problem in our country, Indonesia, that needs immediate actions.
Our country is weaken by it. It's like a virus which infects all sectors in the government; justice and
civil service sectors.
Public may never forget of the recent corruption scandal that snares the leader of Constitutional
Court or Mahkamah Konstitusi, Akil Mochtar. That scandal is like snaps us that even in legal
constitution, corruption can still thrive. Not only that, other institution such as police and ministry
institution which ought to protect and serve us were involved to corruption cases.
Poverty and social discrepancy are those of the effect of corruption. Money that should be given to
erase poverty are corrupted for self advantages of certain persons. Justice that should be risen up are
corrupted for self righteous of certain persons.
My friends
Even tough there is KPK which bravely wipe out the corruption in this country, we as smart
generation shall prevent corruption happen in our future. Being honest is the key. Do and speak
with honest will help us to maintain our country from the danger of corruption. Corruption must
die!!!

and XI grade.
First of all, let us praise to the Almighty Allah SWT, because of His Blessing we are able to gather
here, to attend a farewell ceremony for the students of Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah
Kerkap, XII grade in academic year 2016-2017. Secondly, may shalawat and salam be upon the
Prophet Muhammad SAW who has guided us from the darkness into the brightness.
My friends, in this good opportunity, I stand here to represent all the students of Madrasah Aliyah
Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kerkap Grade XII to give a valedictory speech.
On the behalf of all students XI grade.
There are so many things that I want to say here to express how thankful we are. I can't find a word
to express this tears of joy of remembering all memories that we have been through during this past
three years. All we want to say is we are proud to belong here, to study here and to meet all great
teachers that we have ever met.
We would like to say thank you very much for all the teachers of Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah
Islamiyah Kerkap who have taught, educated, and guided us so that we can pass the national exam
(UN) successfully. Thank you very much for your dedication. We know that your advice, guidance,
and motivations have made us better not only in thinking but also in attitudes. My teacher, we
realize that we cannot give you any reward. It seems that there are not single reward that can
represent our thankfulness for your merit. We can only give you gratitude and pray. May Allah
repay your kindness. May Allah always bless you all.
We would also like to apologize to all of the teachers, administration staffs and all the elements of
Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah Kerkap. Please, forgive our mistakes, forgive all the bad
things that we have done, forgive all stupid things that make you angry and hopefully we can make
our attitudes better than before.

First of all, let us praise to the Almighty Allah SWT, because of His Blessing we are able to attend
this English speech contest. Secondly, may peace be upon the prophet Muhammad Saw who has
guided us from the darkness era to the brightness era. I would like also to say many thanks to the
juries and MC who have given me opportunity to deliver an English speech in front of you all. In
this golden opportunity, I would like to deliver a speech about “Globalization Era”.
As we all know, nowadays our world is in globalization era. We often hear it. However, what is
globalization? Globalization is the process of transformation of local or regional phenomena into
global or international phenomena. This process includes transformation of
economic, technological, socio-cultural and political forces.
In other words, every country in this world can influence other countries. Because of globalization,
this world which consists of many countries is like “a global village”. This term refers to the fact
that people are considered to live in this planet without borders dan without limitation. People are
able to access any kinds of information easily. There is no difficulty to communicate and there is no
barrier to interact with other people from all over the world.
Globalization has various aspects which affect the world, such as: in industry, finance, economy,
politics, technology, and socio-culture. If our country wants to survive in this globalization era, we
must be smart. We should take all of the positive effects of globalization but not the negative ones.
For example: we need to adopt and learn high technology from developed country in order to
develop our country. On the contrary, we must not imitate bad attitudes or behaviors from other
countries like free sex and drugs abuse.
It is a fact that there are many challenges in globalization era. It cannot be denied that globalization
is related with a competition and ability to survive. The question is, what should we do in order to
face the globalization era? The first one is, build up and strengthen good characters based on the
religion. If we are Moslem, the guide of our lives is Islam. Second, we must master technology in
order to develop our country. The last, always be ready to face any kinds of change and competition
by preparing and upgrading our skills.
The effect globalization is like two sides of a coin which is never be separated. Globalization not
always brings some benefits. The fact, if we are not strong enough to filter the effect of
globalization, our local identity will vanish from the world. We as young generation of
this country should take this matter seriously. With conserving our traditional cultures and doing
good deeds as they was taught by our religion, we can stand still and survive as a country which
never lose the local identity because of globalization. That’s all my speech. Hopefully, it will be

guidance upon all of us. Shalawat and salam may everlastingly be upon our Great Prophet
Muhammad Saw who have led and guided us from dark into bright path.
To all the ladies, gentlemen, and audience I proud of,
There must be no one here who wants to get sick. All we wish each day is being healthy. By being
healthy we can then earn the life for our daily lives. With healthy body we can then do all the daily
activities.
We all know when we are sick, it’s not only our own selves who feel it, but also our wives will get
busy to take care of us, our children will be ignored, and we surely will need enough money to cure
the sickness.
To be healthy all the time then we must take care of our health as best as we can. The way we can
do from now on is to get used to run a healthy lifestyle in our daily routine.
To all the ladies, gentlemen, and audience I respect,
Preventing is much better than medicating. We have ever heard many cases that people spent some
of their wealth just to cure their sickness, like heart disease, cancer they were suffering. However,
health is indeed costly. No matter how much the money we have spent to cure the serious sickness,
even tough it is cured, we could never regain our health condition just like the first time before we
have the sickness. The best way to be kept away from various chronic sicknesses is by preventing
the sicknesses to come. One of the best ways is by getting used to live a healthy lifestyle.
To all the ladies, gentlemen, and audience I love,
Surely we need to understand first what healthy lifestyle means
Healthy lifestyle is someone’s habit to run healthy life in daily lives and avoid bad habits that can
disrupt the health.
What is the consequence by not doing healthy lifestyle? It could cause numerous sicknesses, such as
heart diseases, hypertension, stroke, cancers, diabetes, chronic lung disease, obesity, osteoarthritis,
osteoporosis, and many more.
All of these sicknesses are caused by three main factors, namely smoking, lack of physical activities
and consuming fibrous meals. Therefore, to prevent all those illnesses we need to run a healthy
lifestyle everyday.
What are the benefits from running a healthy lifestyle?
– Body will be healthier and stronger against sickness
– Daily activities will run better and you look more attractive
– More productive
– Prevented from various contagions like heart disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, chronic lung
disease, osteoporosis
What is healthy lifestyle like?
1. Taking balanced and nutritious foods, high fiber, low fats
2. Doing physical activities for 30 minutes each day
3. Not smoking
That’s all the things I can convey on this good occasion. I wish from now on we can take care of
ourselves and our family from sicknesses by getting used to run a healthy lifestyle.
