2. This is the start of my double page spread. I have set out the two pages ( the white line being the divide between the two pages) and I have put in the picture and text (also a picture) of which I wish to use. I haven’t yet used Photoshop to edit my pictures though.
3. At this stage I have added my whole interview into the double page spread, roughly laying out the page and where I want to place the text. The columns aren’t all yet the same width and the Pull Quote is also just placed roughly where I would like it to go. I have edited the large image, removing the background so that I can fit the interview around it. There is also another picture that I have added so that the pages don't look so bare, dull and boring.
4. This stage shows that I have aligned the columns a bit better as well as moving the layout about so that it fits the page and the images more. I have also added both another image onto the double page spread, so that both pages aren't so plain and boring. As well as this I have also added in my Stand first, which will help to make my interview flow a bit better as well as the whole magazine. At the beginning of the interview, and the pull quote, I have added a drop cap to make it seem more professional and stand out more.
5. This slide is showing how I have broken up the title (the band name) from the main article, so that it looks more professional as well as making my magazine colour scheme flow through all 3 pages. I have again moved the layout so that it fits more, making room for the pictures, stand first and pull quote. At the bottom of the page I have also added the page number (on the left) with my magazine’s name next to it. As well as this on the bottom right I have added a little bit of information about where to find the whole article, this also promotes the magazines website. I have also edited the main image more, turning it greyscale. I changed the image because this way it doesn't take too much attention away from the article and it isn’t so distracting, as well as it looks quite good.
6. This is my final design for the Double Page Spread! This is the final design for my double page spread. I have corrected any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors that I found. For each picture I have added a caption, this makes the images have some meaning as well as letting the audience know who is in the picture/ what is happening.
