Also, online you have the choice to view what is featured in the upcoming issue and also the chance to view a previous issue. The usual price in shops is ÂŁ3.80 per issue. 7. Technology In September 2008, the magazine received a grant from the Scottish government for £230,000 to develop its online presence. You can also subscribe to weekly news letters, this helps promote the magazine. To create their magazine, they use a Publishing software such as QuarkXPress 8, InCopy CS5, InDesign CS5 and Illustrator CS5. On their website they have video’s, the ability to stream music and they sell tickets to various live events.
