CURRICULUM
This course covers critical project knowledge areas and will be
delivered through facilitator-led presentation, practical exercises,
videos, participants will focus on key concepts, terms, and
principles necessary to accelerate the learning curve for
successfully passing the PMP exam. In addition, participants will
become equipped with know-how to pass the PMP exams if and
when they desire to sit for it.
