This document provides information about a 3-day financial monitoring and evaluation training course taking place in Lagos, Nigeria from June 15-17, 2015. The training will cover conceptual understanding of monitoring and evaluation, designing and conducting evaluations, qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods, financial monitoring and control, and report writing. The goal is to help participants apply financial monitoring and evaluation skills to make sound financial decisions, design monitoring systems, and analyze budgets. The training will be hands-on and include lectures, case studies, discussions, and workshops. Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.

Operations and Processes are best defined by their
