Click on the Orders tab Enter the Order ID in the Express
Checkout filter and click on Submit
Steps for processing an order -

Enter the Invoice number which you have
generated at your store
Once you enter the Order ID in the Express Checkout field, the order page will appear. Fill in the details to proceed:
Check the warranty card checkbox

Enter the Pickup code here Click on Handover Package
The status of the order will be marked as Delivered
Note: The pick-up code will be valid only for 24 hours. Ensure that you ask for the pick-up code and process the order within that period to avoid delays.

Here, you can check all the delivered orders
8. Points to remember
1. Always enter the correct Order ID in the express checkout box or else you will not be able to process the order
9. Points to remember
2. Ensure that you ask for the pickup code and click on Handover Package to mark an order as Delivered.
Never hand over the product to a customer before completing all the processing steps.
