Note– 1. For reconciling the order you need to add Paytm Mall order id in your system against your invoice number.
2. If it is an electronic product then please ensure that you have mentioned its IMEI/serial number on the invoice.
3. Order will be marked as “delivered” by Paytm Mall team.

Customer will receive the order summary, merchant has to raise the invoice for the complete
amount and mention the Order number on the invoice
