1. Herring in oil

2. Ingredients:
1. 1 onion
2. 1 lemon
2. 1 glass oil
2. pimento
3. bay leaf
4. 3 piece herring

3. Preparation:

4. 1. Cut the onion into cubes and toss to the
bottom of the jar.

5. 2. Let’s add a few grains of allspice bay leaf
and lemon slice.

6. 3. Pour oil to covered ingredients.

7. 4. At the ingredients we put a layer of herring.

8. 5. We repeat the action until the end.
