This document provides instructions for making fettuccini alfredo in 3 parts: making the alfredo sauce, cooking the noodles, and assembling the finished dish. To make the sauce, butter and garlic are melted in a pan and heavy cream, half and half, cheese and pepper are added and simmered. The noodles are boiled for 8-10 minutes then drained. Finally, the cooked noodles are mixed with the alfredo sauce in a bowl before serving.
