1. Baked Boiled Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
2 large size potatoes
1 ts salt
1 ts baking soda
1 teacup olive oil
3 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic
1 handful of chopped parsley

2. Instructions:
1. Peel the skins of the potatoes and cut in half and cut into large cubes
2. Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add salt and baking powder to boiling
water, then add potatoes.
3. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes. If it easily enters the potato when you dip the
knife, remove it from the heat and drain the water.
4. Finely chop the fresh rosemary. Add olive oil to a pan and crush the chopped
fresh rosemary and garlic. Heat the oil on the stove until the garlic turns hard and
orange in color.
5. Pass the oil you heated, and leave the granular part remaining in the strainer
aside. We will add these crunchy grains later on the potatoes as a condiment.
6. Add the boiled potatoes into the oil flavored with rosemary and garlic and mix
well.
7. Bake the potatoes in an oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes after spreading them
on a baking tray with baking paper at intervals. Turn the potatoes together so that
they are crispy on all sides.
8. Transfer the cooked potatoes to the bowl and add crunchy garlic rosemary and a
