Stay 3e - Meeting in Greece by Antek

1. „Stay 3E”, ERASMUS+, GREECE
10th-17th March 2018

2. SATURDAY, 10th March
On Saturday, 10.03 we
arrived at the airport in
Athens. I was greeted by the
family that was supposed to
host me next week. We went
to their house to leave my
luggage in there and after
that, we went to the city to
grab something to eat. We
went to a restaurant serving
Souvlaki, a traditional Greek
meal.

4. SUNDAY, 11th March
On Sunday me and
Krzysztof’s hosting families
went on a trip to the Temple
of Poseidon. We spent a few
hours there. After that, we
went to a restaurant serving
seafood. When it got darker,
we went homes.

5. MONDAY, 12th March
On Monday we were greeted
at the welcome ceremony in
our host school.
After a short break we went
to the Acropolis of Athens.
Acropolis is a mountain on
wich the Temple of Athena
is located and it is also the
supposed place of their
quarrel for the possesion of
Attica.

7. Me 
TUESDAY, 13th March
On Tuesday we went to the
Institute of Mount
Pentecillus, institution that
runs reforestation of the
mountain, to plant trees.
After we planted some trees,
we went to the Panhellenic
of Ceramics and we were
making our own ceramic
vessels.
I didn’t know that I have such a red
nose.

8. WEDNESDAY, 14th
March
On Wednesday we were
showing our advertisements
of national, local products.
I was a real drama queen
during my presentation and I
am proud of myself because
of that. Of course I won’t tell
you what exactly happened
in there, because it’s too
embarassing, so you can
guess.
After that, we had dinner in a
restaurant.

9. THURSDAY, 15th March
On Thursday we went to SNFCC (Stavros
Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center)
and we were playing games and doing
mathematic puzzles about ecology and
taking care of enviroment. We also visited
the Greek National Theater that is in
there.

12. FRIDAY, 16th March
On Friday we went to
Kokotos estate. In there we
were walking around olives
groves, an animal farm and a
winery. In the grove we were
taught how to harvest olives
and in the farm we were
playing with animals on the
farm. Friday was the last day
at Proto Dimotiko school in
Mellision.

13. SATURDAY
On Saturday we went back to Poland. In Greece I made some friends
and I had a really good time. I enjoyed trip to Greece very much and I
hope I’ll go there again in the future.
