2. 1. 3 whole eggs
2. Seasonings i.e.: pepper, salt, Italian seasons
3. Tablespoon of Butter
4. One slice of American cheese
5. Sauté pan with a spatula to cook the omelet, a pan to cook bacon, and pan to
cook onions and spinach together
6. A half of an onion
7. Hand full Spinach
8. 2 pieces of Bacon
3. Put one tablespoon of butter in a pan and
let it melt all of way.
While the butter is melting, you can begin
to chop your onion into to small pieces, and
begin to sauté your onion bits in the butter
In another pan you can being to cook two
pieces of bacon ( I love bacon), and after
they are cooked carefully chop them into to
small pieces to your liking. I like big pieces
so I usually make them big.
While the onions are still sautéing, you can
being to put one handful of spinach into the
same pan.
Cooking Spinach until the leaves are
darker in color (not burnt)
Then put all of the ingredients together (to
make it easier to scoop out)!
4. Take all three eggs, and crack them
in a small bowl
Scrabble the eggs with a fork
properly until there is no more clear
substance from the egg showing.
Add seasonings, like pepper, a tad of
salt, and for the extra kick some
Italian seasonings.
And then heat up your pan to a
medium to high temperature

NOT NONSTICK, SPRAY IT WIN
NON STICK SPRAY
5. Pour the egg mixture into the hot pan.
Make sure heat is definitely on
medium (We don’t want to burn the
house down )
Lets the eggs cook for a good 30
seconds to get the bottom layer cooked.
For any excess uncooked egg, pull back
the edge on the side of the omelet
slightly and lift the pan to replace the
empty spot with the uncooked egg
liquidly substance (this makes sure
that not only the out side is cooked but
the inside as well.
6. Flip your egg patty (optional) just to
make sure everything is cooked
Add one piece of sliced cheese ripped
up
Take your filling of bacon onion and
spinach and put it on one side of
your omelet

8. Place your spatula under the side
that does not have the filling and
fold it on top of the side that does.
Press lightly on the top to seal the
omelet closed
