3. How to make strawberry jam?
put strawberries in a pot and crush them,
put the crushed strawberries into a heavy-bottomed
saucepan,
mix them with sugar and lemon juice,
stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved,
increase the fire, bring mixture to a boil,
continue boiling stirring frequently until the jam reaches a
temperature of 105 degree C,
put the jam in sterile, hot jars, leaving 1 cm to the lid and
close (not to hard),
pasteurize for 10 minutes,
pull it out of the boiling water, tighten the caps and put it
upside to cool.
