Stay 3e - strawberry jam

1. Strawberry

2. Strawberry jam recipe
Ingredients:
1 kilo of strawberries,
600 grams of sugar,
¼ cup of lemon juice.

3. How to make strawberry jam?
 put strawberries in a pot and crush them,
 put the crushed strawberries into a heavy-bottomed
saucepan,
 mix them with sugar and lemon juice,
 stir over low heat until the sugar is dissolved,
 increase the fire, bring mixture to a boil,
 continue boiling stirring frequently until the jam reaches a
temperature of 105 degree C,
 put the jam in sterile, hot jars, leaving 1 cm to the lid and
close (not to hard),
 pasteurize for 10 minutes,
 pull it out of the boiling water, tighten the caps and put it
upside to cool.
