TASK 1
CREATE A TASK USING A WEB TOOL.
One of the most wonderful websites about how to use web tools into education is
ARTEFACTOS DIGITALES. It was created by Conecta 13. In this website you could easily check
what different tools you have to create a task with your students.
For example, imagine you want to record you students telling a story. This is called a podcast,
so there you have the different links you have to different webites to create for free, also you
have some good practises you have as an example and sometimes a videotutorial to help you
to work with the tool.
In this task we want you to create a mini task for your unit plan using one webtool. The
following chart would be helpful for you to do it.
TITLE OF THE TASK: PRESENTATION TASK
AIM OF THE TASK:
Make a fun and shocked presentation of the unit, in order to encourage and inspire students in
that new content. After the class, I’ll share it with my students so they could look it up
whenever they want.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK:
This task is thougth to be done the very first class with my students. It's a presentation and a
great introduction to the unit. They are going to do a class list with the routine: Think Puzzle
Explore. This list is going to be a big chart on the wall. There are also two videos: one about
TBL, and another about the main topic of the project. Moreover I included some information
such as the schedule, useful resources, a tiny explanation about the assessment and the index.
I'm going to use the interactive whiteboard to show them all the topics. The final product will
be the classroom wall chart.
