TASK 1
CREATE A TASK USING A WEB TOOL.
One of the most wonderful websites about how to use web tools into education is
ARTEFACTOS DIGITALES. It was created by Conecta 13. In this website you could easily check
what different tools you have to create a task with your students.
For example, imagine you want to record you students telling a story. This is called a podcast,
so there you have the different links you have to different webites to create for free, also you
have some good practises you have as an example and sometimes a videotutorial to help you
to work with the tool.
In this task we want you to create a mini task for your unit plan using one webtool. The
following chart would be helpful for you to do it.
TITLE OF THE TASK: Create you advertisement
AIM OF THE TASK:
Students have to create an advertisement about a shampoo using the colour with a
communicative aim.
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK: (What are they going to do? How are you going to organize
them? Steps to follow and final product)
They will work in pairs.
First of all, they have to define what kind of shampoo and how it smells. They have to
write this information in a piece of paper.
After it, using the information they have learnt about colours, communicate this idea.
They have to think what colour represent their shampoo and make the association in
the piece of paper in which they have written the qualities of their shampoo.
When they know which colour represent their shampoo, they need to think how to
design the advertisement.
They will design the advertisement using Canva. Teacher will show them some
examples before starting.
When they finish the poster they will save in *.jpg and they will send it to the teacher
to be showed in class.
