The mindset qualities that are required are being a good team player, good
communication skills and confidence, being a good team leader, being open to challenges
and tasks that are given to you, being enthusiastic, having good verbal skills to customers
and employers also positivity is a big quality in the work environment
1.2 : Identify the qualities you already have that are attractive to potential employers
The qualities that I have are good communication skills with coworkers and customers I
am open to complete any task that is given to me in the work environment if I’m capable
of completing it also I am very enthusiastic and full of determination to fulfill my task also
I have good flexibility skills which allow me to multi task and get the job done quicker.
4. 4
1.3 : Outline why honesty, commitment, flexibility and accountability are key qualities to
employers
Honesty is very important in the work place so there’s no false accusations, excuses or
comments about employees and employers in the work place or about the work place
also so employees and coworkers can communicate and work as a team to complete their
tasks. Commitment is very important in the work place because that shows that you are a
hard worker and want to complete any tasks/challenges given your way without
commitment work wouldn’t be done and it will cause problems in the work environment.
Flexibility is very important because that meant you can multi task and do more than one
job at once to make things easier for others and so the work doesn’t stop. Accountability
is very important especially if you’re a team leader because you got the responsibility to
make sure that the work gets done and that everyone is a team player also you are
responsible for people’s safety at the work place and so your tasks are completed
correctly
1.4 : Give examples of when you have been honest, committed, flexible and accountable
I am always an honest person whether in my free time at college or at the work
environment. At my job for 2sisters I amalways committed to complete my task that’s
been set for me for example my supervisor was going for break and I had to fill in for him
so I was committed to help him out and get the job done for him so the production
doesn’t stop. I have always been flexible at the work place for example my coworker went
on break so I had to work on my production line and his at the same time so nothing was
delayed and no one was behind until he came back from break just like when I filled in for
my supervisor when he went out for his lunch. I haven’t been in the position to be
accountable over something or someone at the work place yet.
5. 5
1.5 : Outline how mindset qualities could affect your employability
If you have most if not all the mindset qualities that are required by the employee you
have a higher chance of getting hired also it will show your employee that you are a good
worker and it could open more paths in your career also it could lead to an promotion in
the long run and your references will be good for future careers also you have a higher
chance of getting employed than the person that hasn’t got them qualities.
1.6 : Identify actions to improve your own mindset qualities
To improve my mindset qualities I think I would need to try and get more sleep and take
vitamins regularly so I can be more energetic and productive in certain situations also I
would need to improve my confidence so I could break the ice between me and my
coworkers if I start a new job

The learner can:
3.1 Give 2 examples of why punctuality is important in the place of work, identifying the
consequences of not being punctual
3.2 Identify what is meant by reliability in each of the following
Work-related contexts:
Production
Customer service
Learning Outcome 1
1.1 Give two examples of how time can be managed in a place of work
A good way to manage time at the work place would be creating a schedule where it
would be easier to manage your work and brake time so that the job gets done in the
time that’s provided. Also, you can set yourself goals to complete the goals in the time
that is provided for you in the work place.
1.2 Review your own time management and identify areas where
you could improve
I could manage my time better by setting a timer on my phone while going on break so I
don’t use up all my break on eating lunch at the canteen but also so I can get changed
7. 7
back into my working clothing ang go back on the production line on time so I can get on
with my task and fulfill it.
1.3 Plan your own work activity, with appropriate support from others
My work plan is to create a website/SoundCloud account and use logic pro X to produce
HIP HOP/RAP/TRAP beats made by me and with the support of my lecture where I upload
the beats on to my SoundCloud website account.
1.4 Carry out a work activity within planned timescale
Learning Outcome 2
2.1 Describe 2 different time-related problems that can lead to disruption in a place of
work
the first, time related problem and probably the main one is staff being late to work on
the morning or depending what time your shift starts because that then slows down the
work In the work place and doesn’t just effect the person that was late but also everyone
around them. Secondly if someone is not completing the task that’s placed in front of
them in the time window that’s provided for them because it can affect the whole team
and could lead to not finishing the task due to time waste or not enough time spent on
the task.
2.2 Identify where you can access support when you run into difficulties with time
management
8. 8
I could go and access help by reporting to the line manager or take props from the senior
coworkers that have been at the place of work for longer than you so they can give you a
few pointers.
Learning Outcome 3
3.1 Give two examples of why punctuality is important in the place of work, identifying
the consequences of not being punctual
First punctuality is very important in the place of work because if coworkers are always
late the production line will be late which means the product won’t be in production and
it could really affect the company. Secondly if coworkers are late this could mean that the
workers that are already on the production line would need to work for two which could
lead to mistakes or accidents because of lack of staff at that moment.
3.2 Identify what is meant by reliability in each of the following
Work-related contexts: that you are reliable in the work place and coworkers can trust
you with the tasks that are giving to you
Production: you need to be reliable to complete your tasks in the time that is set so that
the production doesn't stop and so the job gets done in the time window that is set
Customer service: you need to be reliable with customer service, you need to understand
the customer and the customer's needs about the product and you need to help the
customer with the purchase in some areas of the job
