Since you’ve taken a Pathway module before, you may be wondering, “why am I taking this module in Year 2?” Good question. Before we go any further, let’s take a few minutes to identify just how the stakes have been raised this year, and how Year 2—and this module—will be different than your Year 1 SGA. There are four main differences:
You will create a year-long Academic Pathway building on what you’ve learned in Year 1. This Pathway is a graduation requirement and the expectation is you at least meet the academic Achievement Floor in order to graduate from Relay.
You will build a Pathway for measuring Character Growth. Your Character Pathway will follow a similar 5 step process as your Academic Pathway and character outcome measurement is required for graduation from Relay. The expectation is that you collect four rounds of character data throughout the year.
The quality and timeliness of your work matters. All of your SGA modules serve as prerequisites for the next SGA module.
