Leadership has nothing to do with seniority or one's position in the hierarchy of a company. Too

I do not think that there is a single person out there in the world like what I stated above because
someone could be good in one area, but lack in another area and such.
I sincerely believe that I have characteristics of a good leader, although some of them could be

well being of others, I try my best to help everyone in their time of need, I am generally patient

nursing leadership. This can also ensure a healthier work environment. Good leaders should
encourage staff to gain a better understanding of the patients and their needs and values. This should
lead to increased patient satisfaction, with more effective nurse–patient relationship and quicker
recovery times. Quicker recovery time with accurate diagnoses and treatment are very important
because of the updated regulations with health insurance. Nurses must complete a full and accurate
assessment, for proper diagnoses. Without the proper diagnose at the time of admission the facility
may not be compensated by the patient's insurance company. Leaders must acknowledge the
importance of their role and recognize that staff relies on their leadership in developing their own
professional skills. Also there should be adequate staffing for the volume of patients, to minimize
medical errors from nurses being burned
