2. I started by creating the basic layout of my magazine. I wanted to use two main colours, so i decided on a bold black and a bright, eye catching magenta. I wanted to use a variety of shapes and create a kooky look.
3. I then started to add my cover lines. I wanted to use a simple, sans-serif font. 'FREE' is big and bold; this will increase the appeal to my target audience as the student generation want something for nothing! Students are known for their constant gossiping, which gave me inspiration to create a speech-bubble-like masthead.
4. I then added my main medium-close up image. I added more text and images to my cover-lines.
5. I added a floral brush to create a final professional, eye-catching look, which also increases the feminine appeal.
